1. General Policy
By purchasing from SDS Guns, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We are committed to fair, honest service and delivering value to our customers.

2. Product Availability
Items marked “In Stock” are in stock and available for immediate purchase or transfer. All other items may be special orders, subject to distributor availability and shipping timelines.

3. Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee will apply to any canceled or returned order not marked "In Stock" This fee covers administrative costs and distributor return penalties.

Orders returned with user-caused damage or damaged/missing packaging may also be subject to a 25% restocking fee, even if the item was originally in stock.

4. Order Cancellations

• Orders for in-stock items ("On the shelf today!") may be canceled prior to shipment with no penalty.

• Orders for out-of-stock or special-order items will incur the 25% restocking fee if canceled after processing.

5. Used Firearms
Used firearms include a 7-day inspection period for mechanical defects only. Cosmetic condition and normal wear are not covered under this policy.

6. Returns and Transfers

• Firearms and ammunition sales are final once transferred or shipped, except in cases of manufacturer defects.

• FFL transfers are subject to all federal, state, and local laws. It is your responsibility to ensure legality before purchase.

• Denied background checks may also incur a restocking fee, at our discretion.

7. Shipping Policy

• We aim to ship promptly but are not responsible for carrier or distributor delays once the item has shipped.

• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed defective.

• Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging to avoid additional restocking fees.

8. Compliance
You must be legally eligible to purchase firearms and comply with all applicable laws. SDS Guns reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason in compliance with federal law.
